1 Introduction and Applicability

3 Account Security and Responsibility

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their username and password completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is prohibited. The user is solely responsible for all activity carried out from their account.

If unauthorised access to an account is suspected, the pokok kl support team must be notified immediately. The user will be held responsible for any transactions that occurred before the notification was made.

3.1 Password Change

For security purposes, it is advised to change passwords regularly and to use strong passwords. It is best not to use a password here that is already used on another site.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Designated payment methods must be used for deposits and withdrawals on pokok kl. Currently accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

4.1 Minimum Amount

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

pokok kl's VIP Program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Cashback is provided each week based on net losses. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.3%, the Silver tier up to 0.7% and the Gold tier up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pokok kl platform. Violation of any one of these may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds.

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Operating the service using bots, automated software or any other technology.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical flaw in the platform.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes through any strategy or arrangement.
• Assisting minors in using the platform.
